IFC is proud to announce we now have facilitated mental health therapy services. We have partnered with Sondermind to provide priority access for our patients.

 
 

Ready to get started?

  1. Reach out through Spruce and we’ll send a referral link!

  2. SonderMind will email within 48 hours to set up your profile in the Sondermind portal.

  3. You will be guided through a process to match you with an appropriate therapist, who will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to schedule your first visit.

  4. You will pay for sessions through SonderMind using your insurance or with our set rate of $85 an hour. SonderMind will assist in insurance benefit coverage.
